The claim:
“Plurality of Londoners Support Expanding London’s Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ)”
Analysis:
The polling asks questions in a couple of different ways, but when Londoners were straightforwardly asked their “preferred course of action for London’s ULEZ” just 32% favoured the ULEZ being “expanded to include the entirety of London”. In comparison 37% supported the ULEZ being “kept to its current inner London boundaries” and 22% favoured the ULEZ being “scrapped entirely”.
Contrary to the headline claim, less than a third of Londoners polled favoured ULEZ expansion and a strong majority opposed the expansion of the ULEZ.

How disingenuous of the Conservatives to lie about this. 58% of Londoners are in favour of ULEZ while only 24% oppose it. A fish rots from the head down, as do the Tories.
Luckily Susan Hall is a proved fat shaming racist and will never see the keys to City Hall.
