Labour’s new Deputy Mayor for the Environment and Energy, Mete Coban, was quizzed by Conservative Assembly Member Thomas Turrell, AM for Bexley & Bromley, about his 40,000 air miles racked up last year. Mete defended these as essential for the work he was doing, but a cursory glance at his Instagram suggests Mr. Coban may have a very different definition of “work trip” to than most people.
